David M. Dickerson, MD is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician practicing in the Chicago area. After attending medical school and residency at University of Chicago, Dr. Dickerson completed a pain medicine fellowship at UCSF. He is currently the medical director for pain services and section chief for pain medicine at Endeavor Health, a 9-hospital integrated health system. He is a clinical associate professor at the University of Chicago Pritzker School and has published over 50 peer-reviewed book chapters and articles influential to anesthesiology and pain medicine. His expertise and work have been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fox News Digital, U.S. News and World Report, HealthDay, Healio, Medscape, Anesthesiology News, and the Chicago Tribune.
