Dr. Singh is a graduate of the Armed Forces Medical College in India and did her Anesthesia residency at Indiana University and Pain Medicine Fellowship at Emory. She stayed at Emory University as a faculty since 2014. During her early career, she focused on building cancer pain service and remains the Cancer Pain Director in the Emory Pain Division and became Emory Pain Division Chief in 2022. She has more than 25 publications, out of which 10 are original research articles. From August 2018 to July 2020, she was a KL2 scholar as part of the NIH-funded Georgia Clinical and Translational Science Alliance (GA CTSA), where she completed a Master of Science in Clinical Research (MSCR) and a clinical trial on the use of intranasal ketamine for cancer pain. She has a national reputation in the field of pain management and has done dozens of invited talks and hands-on workshops, and served on NIH and DOD scientific review committees.
