Dr. Bullinger is Associate Professor of Neurology at Emory University School of Medicine where she serves as Director of EEG and epilepsy at Grady Memorial Hospital. She has also served as the Director of Neurostimulation at Emory University Hospital. She has published several articles in the area of neurostimulation. In addition to neurostimulation, her research interests include blood biomarkers of epilepsy, epilepsy self-management and clinical drug and device trials. She has been a national leader in neurostimuation serving as faculty for the AES neurostimulation workshop, AES-ASSFN resident's surgical epilepsy course and Penry Neurostimulation Course. She is currently president of the Southern EEG and Epilepsy Society and serves on multiple national committees for the American Epilepsy Society and American Clinical Neurophysiology Society. She has been awarded both teaching and service awards for her work in clinical epilepsy and epilepsy education.
