Dr. McGreevy is the Founder and Medical Director of McGreevy NeuroHealth in St. Augustine, Florida for the past 13 years. He is quintuple board-certified in Neurology, Pain Medicine, Headache Medicine, Brain Injury Medicine and Neuroimaging. He is also a Registered Physician in Musculoskeletal, Vascular and Neurovascular Ultrasound Interpretation. Dr. McGreevy’s training includes a Neurology residency at the University of California, San Diego and an Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at Johns Hopkins. His clinical emphasis is on developing a NeuroHealth philosophy for Pain Medicine, integrating various medical subspecialties into one approach to patient care by protecting the nervous system from harm. His research interests include the bidirectional nature of cognitive, autonomic and microvascular influences on chronic pain, with an emphasis on neuromodulation epiphenomenae.
