I have been an interventional pain specialist for 24 years. My career started in academics at the Universtiy of Michigan and then switched to private practice where I have worked in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and St Louis, Missouri. In 2015 we started a clinical research department within our practice and I have loved being the PI on several important RCTs which have enahnced the pain space. Most recently I have started doing investigator initiated research where I hope to find a way to proactively monitor pain by passive data surveilance.
