Dr. Khalil is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in spine surgery. He is a part of Michigan Orthopaedic Surgeons and is affiliated with Beaumont Health where he serves as the program director for the spine fellowship.
Dr Khalil’s training includes residency at Henry Ford Hospital/Wayne State University and spine surgery fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
He has authored numerous book chapters and peer-reviewed publications.
In addition, Dr Khalil is active in clinical research. He is the lead author of the INTRACEPT trial RCT and has been performing basivertebral nerve ablation for over 6 years now.
