Ingharan J Siddarthan, MD is a PGY4 (CA3) anesthesiology resident at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital / Weill Cornell Medical Center. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned his medical degree at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He is an incoming fellow in pain medicine at the Weill Cornell Tri-Institutional Pain Medicine Fellowship program. Dr. Siddarthan is a member of the Extended Reality in Anesthesiology Immersion Lab (XRAIL), co-founded by Rohan Jotwani, MD, MBA and John Rubin, MD. He focuses primarily on the use of extended reality in preprocedural planning of chronic pain procedures, including the use of virtual environments for planning and practicing pain procedures, as well as the generation of virtual three-dimensional models. Dr. Siddarthan is also actively engaged in resident and medical student education, developing lectures for board review and leading workshops for medical students on basic procedures in anesthesiology.
