Dr Yawar Qadri is a physician scientist with a MD PhD from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, anesthesia training from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a pain fellowship from Duke University. He worked at Duke for 3 years as faculty and joined Emory in 2021. As a board certified pain management physician, Dr. Qadri is engaged in the treatment of chronic pain with a specific interest in cancer-related pain and complex cases. He is an expert in interventional treatment modalities such as nerve ablations, kyphoplasty, intrathecal targeted drug delivery, and electrical neuromodulation of the spinal cord or peripheral nerves.
