Diana Martinez is a psychiatrist and neuroscientist who focuses on substance use disorders. Much of her work has used imaging to better understand the brain regions involved in recovery and relapse. Her current research focuses on developing new treatments for substance use disorders, including the use of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and peripheral nerve blocks. Dr. Martinez is also pursuing clinical research in addiction with comorbid conditions.
