    Dr. Ioannis Skaribas is a Doctor of Medicine, Double board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology.He is a Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
    Dr. Skaribas earned his medical degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece, completed a residency in Anesthesiology, Critical Care medicine and Chronic Pain in Athens Greece ( 1991-1995), and continued in the US with an internship and residency in Anesthesiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He also completed his Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr.Skaribas has held academic appointments at both Baylor College of Medicine, and UT medical School in Houston Texas.
    Dr. Skaribas was a partner sharehiolder of Greater Houston Anesthesiology, and also division chief of Chronic Pain Medicne for Greater Houston Anesthesiology and US Anesthesia Partners until 2017. In 2018 he started ' ExpertPain" a neuromodulation focused interventional Pain Practice. Dr. Skaribas has held many positions of distinction and is a thought leader and author in the field of Interventional Pain Management and Neuromodulation. His work has been published in numerous clinical journals and books.
