Dr. Pinckard-Dover is the Director of Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery and Section Chief of Neurosurgery at Marshall University in Huntington, WV. She started her functional career as a resident at the University of Arkansas and completed her fellowship at the University of Florida. She specializes in neuromodulation for movement disorders and pain while also practicing general Neurosurgery in rural Appalachia. She also runs a non-profit, the West Virginia Movement Disorder Alliance providing individuals with movement disorders and their families with education, support, and financial assistance. Her passion is improving patients' quality of life.
